Hours after his conviction Thursday in a first-degree murder case, a 21-year-old defendant struck a deal with prosecutors to save his life.
The deal calls for Aaron Daniels to receive a life sentence with the possibility of parole for his role in the fatal shooting of Las Vegas businessman Anthony Limongello in May 2003.
"He will receive the least possible sentence the jury could give him," defense attorney Christopher Oram said.
