It is a time of great import, and often of great celebration. When Sam Horbal, of Newtown, Pennsylvania, recently celebrated his bar mitzvah, he received $2,000. That's a lot of money for a 13-year-old boy, and most boys would probably have a wish-list a mile long to spend it on. But Horbal didn't spend it--he donated it.
