[Presenter] The Afghan Interior Ministry has reported that there has been a 16-per-cent increase in civilian casualties caused by the armed opposition compared with the previous week. The deputy interior minister on security affairs has said that the militants have increased their strikes to disrupt the forthcoming elections. Nevertheless, he says that security forces are completely ready to reinforce security during elections.
