Burnham ladies slip to defeat.

The Burnham Golf Club's ladies' bronze team played away at The Essex with the team of Liz Tolhurst, Helen Symmons, Heather Hornbrook, Jeanette Wilson, Karen Hull, Doris Hart and Vera Oates.

Unfortunately they lost by five games to two.

The silver team were at home to Canons Brook of Lisa Schmid, Sue Frost, Jean Bailey, Helen Ford and Avis Greenaway. They won by 3 games to 2.

On Thursday and Sunday the ladies played a stableford competition for the President's Trophy.
