Ukrainian minister hails association agenda with EU.

Kiev, 19 June: After signing a new practical instrument with the EU, the Ukraine-EU association agenda, Ukraine has officially moved out of the European Neighbourhood Policy, Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister Kostyantyn Yeliseyev has said.
In an interview with the Interfax-Ukraine news agency, he recalled that during the Ukraine-EU summit in Paris on 9 September 2008 it was decided that both sides would spare no effort to formulate and approve a new practical instrument replacing the Ukraine-EU action plan.
