Everyone, it seems, wants to get online these days, whether it is to email friends and family or surf the net, but not everybody has their own computer. That anomaly was what inspired Paul Taylor to look at the current internet cafe market and come up with a new concept, That Cafe, a blend of coffee house and cyber cafe, unlike anything else on the market. So successful has That Cafe been, it is about to be launched as a franchise opportunity.
'We studied the market for a long time,' says Paul. 'While interact cafes are not a new idea, the one-man-band high street operations that typify them are not the kind of places that most people would really choose to spend any length of time in.
