The British Franchise Association's head office has been strengthened with three new appointments. The association now has a full team of administrators with the arrival of Laura Pickering in the position of general assistant. Catherine Jackson (below, with director general Brian Smart) joins the BFA as accreditation manager from Euler Trade Indemnity, where she was responsible for the appraisal, monitoring and development of the company's intermediary distribution channel In her new role, Catherine will head the team responsible for vetting franchisors against the BFA's strict code of business practice.
