Peel Holdings is the largest creditor of KW Linfoot, the Leeds city-living specialist which went into administration in February, leaving landmark building projects including planned skyscraper Lumiere unfinished.Property giant Peel, which is owed AGBP7.7m from a land deal in Salford, drafted in Manchester insolvency expert Paul Stanley, a partner at Begbies Traynor, to work as joint liquidator with current administrator Gary Blackburn of Leeds-based BWC Business Solutions.Mr Stanley led the investigation into the spectacular collapse of The Accident Group a" the personal injury claims firm a" and recovered millions of pounds for creditors.Richard Dean, a director of KW Linfoot, said: "We offered Peel, as our largest creditor, chance to put one of their guys in to look at the books and activities of the business, which we are happy to do because we have got nothing to hide."He added: "They can come in and look at whatever they want, we are quite happy for them to do that and happy that they will find nothing untoward."Responding to Peel's concerns he said: "They are looking at something from the outside.
