from BERNAMA, The Malaysian National News Agency KUANTAN, June 15 (Bernama) -- The political stability in Pahang will attract more investors from Singapore to invest in the state, said Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Adnan Yaakob.

He said Pahang was also capable of wooing more tourists from the island republic because of the smooth administration under the Barisan Nasional (BN) government.

"We hope to be able to maintain the political stability in Pahang under the BN government and we believe the stability will bring in many investors and tourists to the state," he told reporters after receiving a courtesy call from Singapore's Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew, here today.
