How does it feel to be the new president of MTNA?

I am excited to begin my term as president and at the same time humbled by the responsibility. In spite of the economic recession and how this may impact the next two years of my presidency, this is an exciting time to be a part of MTNA's history. Our association is the oldest and largest music teacher organization. Although technology has simplified our means of communication and continues to bring our membership closer together, new uses for technology are likely to be implemented in the future.
