A workout routine can resemble Groundhog Day: Stretch, run, lift, repeat. Suzanne Wilson, Dana Lenetz, and Lauren Semino, now halfway through their transformations, were craving fresh exercises. They picked new, demanding classes at Equinox Fitness Clubs in New York City. (Studies have shown that having fun while you work out is key to long-term weight loss.) Now exercising has once again become something to look forward tonot a bad dream.

NEW EXERCISE: Cardio Kickbox, an hour-long mix of dance and kickboxing set to music.
EXERCISE REVIEW: "I love it when my regular trainer, Peter, gives me an extra-tough session, so I thought a boxing class would be perfect. I'd never tried anything like it and was shocked by the way it targeted my whole body. I'm a lot stronger than I expected, and my stamina is greatbut my coordination needs work. In the first class, I had a really hard time picking up the moves, but now it's actually fun, and the instructor looks out for me if I fall out of step. I've noticed dramatic improvements each week, and it's given me more confidence in my overall fitness."
