Dutch mobile operators are making calling more expensive by charging by the highest minute instead of the second and having connection fees, comparison site Bellen.com said. The site said that 100 call minutes are charged an average 130 minutes. KPN and units Hi, Telfort, and Debitel, as well as Vodafone, Wireless Circle, Trendcall and Chippie have switched to the billing system while Vodafone and T-Mobile have recently started charging again …
