BANGKOK, June 8 Asia Pulse - Thailand's government plans to offer illegal foreign workers for the last opportunity to officially register and receive a temporary passport as well as work permit, Thai Labour Minister Paitoon Kaewthong has said.
There are now 400,000-500,000 foreign workers who have registered already and some 400,000 illegal workers in Thailand, the minister was quoted by Thailand news agency (TNA) as saying.
