The percentage of American children who lack health-care coverage continued its six-year decline in 2003. That's according to new data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention National Center for Health Statistics' National Health Interview Survey. The 2002-to-2003 drop in children who were uninsured at the time of the interview was a statistically non-significant decrease from 10.5 percent 10.1 percent.
