Section: General News - Police Senior Superintendent Elmo DG San Diego on Friday formally took over the reins of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) in turnover ceremonies held at the district headquarters in Camp Karingal .
San Diego replaced erstwhile QCPD chief Police Chief Supt. Magtanggol Gatdula who will be taking command of the newly created Directorate for Information and Communications Technology Management at the Philippine National Police (PNP) headquarters at Camp Crame.
