[Presenter] After the African Union and the SADC [Southern African Development Community], the organization of southern African countries, it was the turn of the International Francophone Organization [OIF] to suspend Madagascar. The OIF denounced the breakdown of constitutional order after the seizure of power by Andry Rajoelina.
