Dublin-The overall mortgage crisis and its global impact on the international markets have fueled efforts to provide tools that help better understand related micro- and macro-economic developments.
Research and Markets here recently added the "Performing and Nonperforming Loans Across the World: A Practical Guide" to its existing library of market reports.
The new book contains country reports "for specific jurisdictions and describes local law requirements which need to be considered when implementing performing and nonperforming loan transactions," the company said.
Topics covered include asset management, outsourcing, portfolio acquisition and risk limitations acts.
Research and Markets said there was a need for this guide suggested by the subprime and global market crises given "supply distortions, soaring price volatility, as well as drastic and unexpected flow constraints or surpluses, particularly due to the more frequent and deeper financial crises affecting different regions or markets."
