CANBERRA, April 1 Asia Pulse - Consumer advocacy group Choice has taken another step towards overhauling the Australian government's much maligned grocery price monitoring website.
Choice has appointed a consultancy firm to help rebuild the GroceryChoice website, which was previously administered by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
The consumer group took over management of the website in February after reaching an agreement with the government last December.
The website had been the subject of criticism from the opposition as well as crossbench senators over its failure to provide consumers with real-time information.
