MELBOURNE, April 1 Asia Pulse - OneSteel Ltd (ASX:OST), Australia's second largest steel maker, has made a further cut to its production guidance from its Sydney and Laverton facilities for the financial year as a result of reduced demand.

The company has reduced its forecast output from the facilities by an additional 125,000 tonnes for the 2009 financial year to 725,000 tonnes, down from the previous estimate of 850,000 tonnes.
