Section: Business News - Director of the State Enterprise Policy Office (SEPO), Areephong Phucha-um, said SEPO would submit its proposal to the Cabinet in order to request the budget, amounting to four billion baht to help shore up three state enterprises' finances in an effort to encourage them to improve their services.

The three state offices targeted for the financial aid include the State Railway of Thailand (SRT), the Bangkok Mass Transit Authority (BMTA), and the Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA). Mr. Areephong said the first lot of the budget …
