In the first season of The Real Housewives of New York City , chef Bethenny Frankel became famous for rolling her eyes at the wives and tossing back "skinny margaritas." We checked in with Frankel about her new book, Naturally Thin: Unleash Your Skinny Girl and Free Yourself From a Lifetime of Dieting (Fireside Books).

What does it mean to "think like a skinny person"? Those so-called naturally thin people you envy don't have a secret, they just have a very rational relationship with food. They realize that a small scoop of ice cream is not going to make them fat.
