Oracle to buy drug safety firm Relsys.

Oracle has announced plans to acquire Relsys, a firm that provides drug safety and risk management solutions to the health sciences industry.

Terms of the deal have not been disclosed, but Oracle said that it will add Relsys to its Health Sciences global business unit.
