As part of Cote d'Ivoire's development efforts, emissaries of the president of the Republic, Mr Laurent Gbagbo, were in Venezuela in February, on a mission in search of investors in that country's oil sector. The mission was led by the head of state's adviser, Pastor Moise Kore who, during a meeting that held at the Basketball Federation's office on 7 March, revealed that a 1000-hectare big refinery will be built in the port city of San Pedro.
