EXERCISE PLAN: "I used to go the gym once or twice a week; now I go six times! Three days a week, I run for 40 minutes on the treadmill, and three days I strength-train with Peter, my trainer. To finish up our hour-long sessions, I run stair sprints and leave knowing I've pushed myself."
30-DAY UPDATE: "There are days when I'm dragging myself to the gym, but most of the time, I look forward to it. I'm sore a lot, but I'm also fitting into some of my old clothes."
