Russia confirms commitment to Minsk Group settlement for Nagornyy Karabakh.

Baku, 12 March: There is no other way to discuss the Nagornyy Karabakh issue but within the framework of the Minsk Group of the OSCE, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov confirmed today [12 March].

He said that the settlement of the Nagornyy Karabakh conflict was discussed during his talks with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Elmar Mammadyarov, in Baku today.
