Kampala: The opposition Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) blamed yesterday's plane crash on the government's insistence on deploying in Somalia even after there had been people opposed to the development.

FDC publicist Wafula Oguttu said the party had warned against the deployment where, until today, Uganda and Burundi remain the only troop contributors to the African Union led peace mission.
