Hanoi (VNA) -Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung's State-level visit to Qatar from March 7-9 is expected to create a breakthrough in the two countries' economic, investment and trade relations, and foster the cooperation in the fields they have potentials such as oil industry, labour and agriculture.

The visit, the first made by a Vietnamese PM to the Gulf country since the two established the diplomatic ties on Feb. 8, 1993, also aims to fortify and expand their political relations, thus helping deepen …
