College athletics desperately needs guidance by women leaders, so two heavy hitters in athletics are making it happen.
The Women's Leadership Symposium in Intercollegiate Athletics is an educational conference available to all women in athletics departments, both professionals and students. Its goals are to attract students to the field, introduce mentors and role models, and help professionals to advance in athletics administration.
Sponsors are the National Association of Collegiate Women Athletic Administrators (NACWAA) and the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA).
