IT is with great distress that I write this letter in the face of a tragedy that is difficult to comprehend, let alone accept. I owe it to my sister Hemalatha Kassipillai, who died during the Mumbai terror attacks of Nov 26, and to all caring Malaysians that the story be told of Wisma Putra's role in handling her affairs during the bombing of the Taj Mahal Palace and Tower Hotel. There was no attempt by any Wisma Putra official to communicate with any member of the family regarding any progress or development in the wake of the tragedy.
