B.B. King's Blues Club, "It's Good for Your Soul." NACM's professional designation holders and Graduate School alumni are thrilled to host an evening at the renowned B.B. King's Blues Club in Orlando. On Saturday, June 13th, start your evening by chatting with fellow credit managers over a southern-style buffet dinner and drinks. Then revel in the atmosphere of B.B. King's with live music, from funky and fast, to soulful and smooth. Dance your blues away on B.B.'s huge dance floor or just relax as you make new acquaintances and gather your reserves as you prepare for a week of content filled sessions. An additional event fee covers admission, transportation, dinner and fabulous live music.
The 4th Annual NACM Scholarship Foundation Golf Outing will be held on the Shingle Creek Golf Course on Sunday, June 14th. This challenging, yet playable David Harman design lies along historic Shingle Creek and features interconnected waterways, undulating fairways and breathtaking 360[degrees] views. Named by Golfweek as One of America's Top 40 New Courses, this spectacular challenge offers five-diamond service standards and an 18-hole, par 72 (7,228 yards) championship golf course. Come enjoy a day on the links and then relax at the luncheon. A fee of $130 covers green fees and a luncheon following your time on the links. Proceeds from this event benefit the NACM Scholarship Foundation, Inc.
CFDD is pleased to sponsor a Mentor Training Workshop during the conference. This in-depth workshop will provide the tools needed to become a more effective mentor as well as explore ways to set up a mentor program for an organization. The session is open to everyone interested in becoming a mentor and giving back what they have gained from their profession. An additional fee is required to participate in this session.
The NACM Scholarship Foundation will also be raising funds once again through a Silent Auction during the Beer & Browse event in the Expo Hall on June 15th. A diverse selection of items will be available on-site on which to bid.
