TASHKENT,March 2 Asia Pulse - An Uzbek state body is doing its best to guarantee entrepreneurs' rights from unfair government decisions.
The State Committee on Demonopolization regularly carries out work to protect entrepreneurs from unjustified decisions of state bodies, and in 2008 it reviewed 152,833 decisions and orders of state bodies to check their compliance with anti-trust and pro-business legislation.
Of those 311 violations were found in 119 administrations, of which 198 cases infringed business interests.
