Minister praises media freedom situation in Kyrgyzstan.

"All conditions have been created in Kyrgyzstan for the development of freedom of speech," Minister of Culture and Information of the Kyrgyz Republic Sultan Rayev said at today's round table entitled "Information aspects of humanitarian cooperation in the CIS".
