Arusha: Things are in total mess in the East African Community, with its major organs apparently tussling over the way the regional body affairs have been running.

While the EAC Secretariat insists to be undergoing a financial crisis, the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) is up in arms over the executive organ, saying it has been mismanaging regional affairs.
