President Robert Mugabe prepared to swear in 25 deputy ministers and Ministers of State on Thursday, completing the formation of a power sharing government.

Mugabe met with Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai and Deputy Prime Minister Arthur Mutambara on Wednesday to discuss the appointments which follow last week's swearing in ceremony for 36 ministers.
