LOS ANGELES, Calif. --"Desperate Housewives," "Grey's Anatomy," "The Office," "Mad Men," "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," and the films "Rachel Getting Married" and "Stop-Loss" are among the productions receiving nods for the 2009 PRISM Awards. The PRISM Awards, which is produced by the Entertainment Industries Council, Inc. (EIC) in collaboration with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and FX, honor actors, movies, music, media and television's top shows that accurately depict and bring attention to substance abuse and mental health issues. This year's ceremony, which is set for April 23, 2009, will take place at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
