McGRATH'S RESPONSE: Yes. Start at the center of the lid, close to the lashes, and draw a line outward with an eye pencil. Blend slightly to soften the line, then go over it with liquid liner. (The pencil gives you a guide to follow and lets you blend liner right into the lashes.) Extend the liquid liner just a millimeter or two past the outer corners of the eyes, tapering it to a point.
