Hibernia Atlantic says it has been selected by GenieKnows.Com, a search technology firm headquartered in Halifax, Nova Scotia, to expand their global reach by providing IP Ethernet connectivity securely across the Atlantic Ocean.
GenieKnows.Com connects search technology, community, and content by developing niche-specific portals tailored for distinct searching communities. Using search "crawling" techniques and algorithms, the firm aims to provide more useful and effective search results to its end users. To that end, the Canadian-based firm has been growing its global reach; providing additional services in the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe; and increasing its need for faster, reliable bandwidth capacity.
