Statesman News Service KOLKATA,Jan 5: Calcutta High Court today unequivocally upheld the right of examination candidates to have access to their own answer scripts.
A Division Bench of the court today directed that examinees who appeared for examinations under Calcutta University, the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education, the CBSE,ICSEand ISCwill have to be shown their answer scripts if they so desire it.
