The vice-president, John Mahama, returned home this afternoon from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia after attending the 12th African Union Summit of heads of state and government.

The summit, which was held under the theme "Infrastructure Development in Africa", was attended by more than 30 heads of state, foreign ministers and delegations.
