from BERNAMA, The Malaysian National News Agency KUALA TERENGGANU, Jan 31 (BERNAMA) - A partially-charred body of a newborn baby was found in a rubbish dump at the Universiti Teknologi Mara branch campus in Chendering here, today.

The body, with its umbilical cord still intact, was found by a gardener at the compound of a hostel about 8.30am.

It was sent to the Sultanah Nur Zahirah Hospital for austopsy.
