A SERIAL paedophile who raped a teenage boy has provoked outrage by demanding thousands of pounds in compensation because his prison cell does not have a toilet.
David Williams says he has had to endure a "substandard lifestyle" behind bars and wants GBP5,000.
The 43-year-old has a series of convictions for offences against children dating from 1983.
