JOSTLED by impatient shoppers and choked by diesel fumes, Darlington's bus passengers need an indoor terminal, according to an opposition councillor.
Conservative group councillor Gerald Lee has called for a bus station to be built as part of Darlington's redevelopment of the Feethams area of town.
Speaking yesterday, Coun Lee said: "We need an integrated road, rail and air transport system to meet the everincreasing demands of industry and commerce and not least passenger expectations - and this must include a centrally-located bus terminal."
