[Reporter] We are at the scene of the fire that razed down the Nakumatt Downtown here in Nairobi and standing by with me here is the assistant director of the National Disaster Centre here in Nairobi, Col Joseph Kingori.

Colonel, earlier you had given the press a statement on exactly how many persons have been reported missing. Can you clarify these reports for us.

[Col Kingori] So far, 48 people have been reported missing through the Red cross. We're talking about 17 females and the rest are males. …
