MANILA, Philippines - Brunei's monarch, Sultan and Yang di-Pertuan (head of state) Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, arrived in Manila Thursday afternoon for a three-day state visit.

The Sultan and his 78-member entourage arrived around 3:40 p.m. on board a Boeing 747 aircraft at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
