Rieber & Son's EBITDA in the fourth quarter totalled NOK 167m (107m), while the figure for the year was NOK 560m (487m). This reflects a quarterly improvement of 56% and an improvement of 15% for the year.

Sales totalled NOK 1 377m (1 213m) in the fourth quarter and NOK 4 997m (4 603m) for the year.

Of the sales growth of 13.5% in the fourth quarter and 8.6% for the year, currency conversion effects account for 6.6% and 3%, respectively. The increase in sales contributed to the improved EBITDA margin which rose by 12.1% (8.8%) in the fourth quarter and by 11.2% (10.6%) for the year.
