[Presenter] The Acholi Parliamentary Group has attacked President Yoweri Museveni for accusing them of glorifying Lord's Resistance Army [LRA] rebel leader Joseph Kony.

President Yoweri Museveni yesterday said that Kony refused to sign the agreement because he is highly regarded by the Acholi members of parliament.

The group chairman, Livingstone Okello-Okello, and his vice chairman Reagan Okumu say it is NRM [National Resistance Movement] which has recruited former LRA rebels into its ranks. The Acholi Parliamentary Group also says people in northern Uganda are …
