The American Association of University Professors (AAUP) is accusing North Idaho College of failure to follow due process when it fired an adjunct English professor in 2007.

AAUP rules say an adjunct who has worked for at least three terms should receive at least a month's notice of non-renewal, a reason for the lack of renewal and access to grievance procedures.
