Moscow, 12 April: Russia and Libya intend to cooperate closely over energy. "Rosatom [Russian Federal Atomic Energy Agency] plans to conclude its first contract with Libya, in order to study the possibility of mutually beneficial cooperation," a Foreign Ministry representative who deals with North Africa told journalists today, following the first session of the Russian part of the Russia-Libya business …
