Members of the British Contact Lens Association (BCLA) have longer experience in contact lens work and spend more of their week working on contact lenses than other contact lens practitioners.

The findings were revealed by an independent research survey carried out for the BCLA on 1,300 UK members and 4,000 potential members involved in contact lenses in the UK. A total of 339 members and 372 non-members replied.
