Eighty-six days, 11,225 candidates, 560 seats, 77 districts, 38 political parties and 45 celebrities.

Though the first five figures are the most relevant, the last is the most intriguing pertaining to the upcoming general election.

The dozens of celebrities running for legislative seats are especially noteworthy since the Constitutional Court revoked the closed-list system in favour of an open-list system weighted to the highest vote tally.
